Sign Overlay Request

To request Sign Overlays for your event, please complete the form below.

Information for Requestor

Please complete this form at least 7 days prior to the date you want the Floral Park Event signs put up for your event.

By default, Floral Park Event signs are put up approximately 7 days before the event. They are taken down after the event ends.

A total of 7 sign overlays will be ordered. They will be placed at the Santa Clara exit, 19th/Victoria, 19th/Flower, Santa Clara/Flower, North Park Blvd at Flower, and Bonnie Brae/Benton Way (2-sided sign). The overlay size is 9" x 24".
