A Blend of Heritage and Community
Welcome to historic Floral Park, the place we call home! Our neighborhood of more than 600 homes—most built from the 1920s through the 1950s—is a National Historic District located in Orange County, California. The charming homes, wide streets, and majestic trees appear, at first glance, to be the neighborhood’s key attractions. Dig deeper, though, and it’s our inclusive, diverse, involved, and social community of neighbors and friends that make Floral Park truly special. This unique combination has led to recognition—several times!—as Neighborhood of the Year both in Orange County and across the USA.

The Association
The all-volunteer Floral Park Neighborhood Association (a nonprofit community organization) serves to continue to develop a sense of unity in this neighborhood, while preserving its integrity and beauty. Our keystone initiative is the annual Floral Park Home and Garden Tour, attended by thousands and known countywide.
We also present events such as an outdoor summer concert, a family holiday party, home decorating competitions, a holiday walk of lights, regular mixers, and a 4th of July block party … and even a garden club, walking club, LGBTQ social group, families group, book clubs, and a garden swap club.
A Hub of the Santa Ana Community
In addition to supporting our neighborhood, Floral Park Neighborhood Association donates a portion of our funds to the wider Santa Ana community, including supporting other non-profits and providing scholarships benefiting local Santa Ana high school and Santa Ana College students..

Floral Park is a neighborhood representative of a bygone era – one of gracious, tree-shaded streets, abundant lawns and flowers, unique and stylish homes and, most importantly, friendly neighbors!
For over a century, Floral Park has been preserved from the vagaries of modernization. We are proud of our heritage and pleased to share our homes and gardens with you.
