April 27 & 28, 2024, 10 am to 4 pm
It's the 31st annual Historic Floral Park Home & Garden Tour and we're celebrating in style! We're also celebrating our addition as a historic district to the National Register of Historic Places! So make sure to join us as this will be an event you don't want to miss!
Featured on the 2024 Floral Park Home & Garden Tour will be numerous vintage homes dating back to the 1920s open for public viewing. In addition, there will be lovely gardens to enjoy, a vintage automobile display, food from local restaurants, a wealth of shopping along our “Street of Treasures,” and our Wine & Beer Garden featuring live entertainment and locally crafted beer and wines from vineyards owned by Floral Park residents. Profits derived from the activity help provide scholarships for Santa Ana residents attending a Santa Ana high school or college, fund local charities, historic preservation and community projects.

HISTORIC FLORAL PARK
In 2024, the Historic Floral Park Home & Garden Tour will feature a new array of homes in the Floral Park historic district, now listed on the National Historic Register. The neighborhood boasts over 200 historic homes and 33 historic landmark properties. For over a century, Floral Park has been preserved as a representative of a bygone era, one of gracious, tree-lined streets, lush lawns and gardens, unique and stately home. We are proud of our heritage and pleased to share with you our homes and gardens. Read more about the history of Floral Park.
WINE & BEER GARDEN
Once again, the historic Home & Garden Tour will feature our popular Wine & Beer Garden featuring premium wines (some from Floral Park resident-owned wineries) and locally brewed craft beers. Also on the menu were blood orange mimosas, FP Micheladas and live entertainment. Drop in for a refreshing beverage on your stroll through our beautiful neighborhood and relax under a canopy of trees spread over three vintage 1920s-era homes as the crowds stroll by. All profits derived from the activity provide scholarships for local residents attending a Santa Ana high school or college.
STREET OF TREASURES
Floral Park's beautiful, Sycamore lined North Park Boulevard will be transformed into "The Street of Treasures" an outdoor shopping bazaar featuring over 50 vendors with unique housewares, hand made gifts, artful jewelry, home decor, beautiful art, antiques, clothing & handbags, sweet and savory treats, garden ware and much, more!
CLASSIC MOTOR CAR DISPLAY
One of the highlights of every historic Floral Park Home & Garden Tour is the display of classic motor cars and we invite you to display your pre-1980 classic car. Advance registrants receive two Home & Garden Tour tickets. Registrants can choose to display their autos on either day or both days. The classic motor car is free for spectators, no ticket needed. VOLUNTEERS
The Floral Park Home & Garden Tour needs your talent and time! Each year, we need over 450 volunteers to help stage this amazing event. We have some unique and new volunteer opportunities to match your time constraints and abilities. And for your trouble, you'll get one free ticket to the tour! To volunteer, click the button below:
GALA FUNDRAISER
The annual Historic Floral Park Home & Garden Tour opens with an exclusive "Old Hollywood" gala under the stars on Saturday, April 20 at an historic estate home. The event will feature fabulous food, thrilling entertainment and spectacular live and silent auctions. Proceeds support the Floral Park scholarship fund. A limited number of tickets are now on sale through April 1 at $135. After that, the price increases to $150.
